These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PH.rentals and related services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

2. Platform Role

PH.rentals provides software tools for rental workflows, including contracts, files, tenant management, and payment tracking. Unless explicitly stated, PH.rentals is not a party to rental agreements between users.

3. User Content and Documents

• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you upload.
• You represent that you have rights to upload and share your submitted documents.
• You grant us a limited license to host and process uploaded content to operate and improve the service.

4. Document Backups and Storage Limits

Keep your own backup copies of all important files and signed documents. Platform storage is provided as a convenience and may change over time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PH.rentals is not responsible for document loss, corruption, deletion, or inaccessibility.

5. Payments and Billing

• Users are responsible for verifying payment details before submission.
• Processing times, confirmations, and disputes may depend on external payment providers and user-submitted proof.
• We may suspend or reject transactions associated with fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Uploading malicious software or attempting unauthorized access.
• Interfering with security, availability, or integrity of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform assets except as permitted by law or written consent.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, including our data practices under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PH.rentals is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use or inability to use.

You agree to indemnify and hold PH.rentals harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your use of the platform, your content, or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply.
