-A medium-size fan room (9 sqm) FOR ONLY ONE FEMALE (there are two rooms available for rent) -there is a WIFI -2 kilometers away from Robinson's Mall -We could reserve a small space for your food/snack in our refrigerator. -A parking space for a scooter -Allowed electronics are only electric fan, rice cooker and a laptop. -hot water is always available -there is a laundry area -free water and electricity. -gated house -the bathroom will be cleaned once a week About the house: This is our main house. It has three rooms. The two rooms are the ones for rent. The masters room will be used occasionally either by my brother (he now lives in Bayawan) or me (i live in Siquijor) if either of us visits Dumaguete. My parents now lives in a smaller house beside our main house for easy management. Only 5 people will be occupying the compound that's why it is peaceful
